Service Description

In this program we will take monthly test to determine and gauge areas of strengths and opportunities. We will follow a plan that involves 3 designed workouts for one month. Upon completion of phase one we will re-test and re-evaluate each participant. Our goal is improve agility, rotational power, durability, overall strength and endurance.
