Getting and staying fit can be a challenge. For many of us, it's hard just to get up off the couch. So what's the secret of people who have managed to make exercise a way of life?



Cycling
Exercising on the bike for at least 30 minutes a day will build up your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. By putting in consistent effort, you'll notice an improvement in your aerobic capacity, enabling you to bike longer or on more intense rides.
We all have have the ability to make a change
We all have a beginning when we start our fitness Journey. There will be setbacks during the journey, but I can promise you it's all worth it on the other side of the grind. Just keep chipping away at it day by day!
escape the comfort zone
You never know what's you're training for. Always be willing to step outside your comfort zone, I escaped all the self doubt that was in my brain and now I've escaped from Alcatraz.
